CHIP EDUCATION CLASSES
To register for CHIP homebuyer education programs, you may phone the CHIP office at 304.233.0953, (Toll-Free 877-288-0953) or download a registration form, fill it out and mail it to:

CHIP, P.O. Box 6102, Wheeling, WV 26003.

After you send this form to us, a CHIP representative will contact you to set up an intake session, which may be conducted in person or by phone. Part of the intake process includes reviewing your household budget and ordering your personal credit report, which will be reviewed confidentially with you during one of the CHIP class sessions. 

We ask that you commit to completing all of the CHIP class sessions once you complete the intake process.
